Helping Hands

To recognize these individuals and to create a supportive environment that inspires and enables employees to advance the lives of others through volunteering, Monster Worldwide established its global "Helping Hands" Corporate Giving Program.

Monster Worldwide's "Helping Hands" volunteer program promotes Monster Worldwide employees' involvement in charitable work in their communities. Recognizing that our time and talents are our most precious assets, Monster Worldwide employees in every corner of the world help strengthen the communities in which they live and work.

Monster Mentors

The mentors of the "Monster Mentors" program donate their time and effort to help young adults fine-tune their resumes, hone their interviewing skills, facilitate informational interviews, and counsel them on different career paths. The mentors tutor young adults who have received scholarships from the McKelvey Foundation, whose mission focuses on the challenges and opportunities for students in rural areas.

The "Monster Mentors" program uses the unique skills and resources of Monster employees to help these students make informed choices about their careers. Who better than you to provide practical advice and support while they pursue their dream jobs?
