 Our Worldwide Community

Whether volunteering time, supporting innovative programs, or providing public services, Monster Worldwide believes it has a social responsibility to contribute to the community.
As the industry leader in human capital management, we believe it is extremely important to use our energies and our resources both for the benefit of our company as well as for the good of society.
Monster Worldwide involves itself in a wide variety of community relations activities, both on a local and company wide level, sponsoring everything from local foundations, to large non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society, March of Dimes and Junior Achievement.
Through our "Helping Hands" volunteer recognition program, we encourage our employees' commitment to their community support causes close to their hearts.
Financial figures alone do not accurately represent what Worldwide brings to the community, as much of our work is in-kind and difficult to quantify. We have donated vast amounts of internal resources to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. In addition to donating significant amounts of money to various disaster relief funds in the aftermath of the Tsunami and September 11th tragedies, we also built the website for the Families of Freedom Scholarship fund, a fund created to raise funds for the educational assistance for the children and spouses of those killed in the attacks.
Each year, our organization reassesses the causes, efforts and events it supports to ensure that assistance goes where we feel it can best be used.
