George R. Eisele has been a director of the Company since September 1987. Mr. Eisele was the Executive Vice President of TMP Worldwide Direct, the Company's order fulfillment business unit from 1989 until May 2, 2005 when the business unit was sold to GECKO Inc., an entity owned 65% by Mr. Eisele. Mr. Eisele attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and Drexel University.
